Three Fresh Mushroom Soup recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g fresh shrimp
  • 3 egg
  • 4 flower mushroom
  • 150 g seafood mushroom
  • 1 teaspoon chopped green onion
  • 5 g salt
  • 2 g pepper
  • 2 scoops vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • First, prepare the required ingredients including fresh shrimps, seafood mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, eggs and fatty tofu.
  • Pour arowana extra virgin olive oil into a hot pan, add shrimp heads and stir-fry until red oil appears.
  • Pour in 1200 ml of hot water and boil for about 5 minutes. Remove the shrimp heads and set aside.
  • Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, add a little extra virgin olive oil to the pan and fry the eggs until golden brown on both sides.
  • Push the fried eggs to the side, put the shelled shrimps into the pot and fry with the remaining oil from the fried eggs until they change color.
  • Add the fried eggs, shrimps and mushrooms to the soup bell.
  • Cover the pot and cook over high heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the tofu and bring to a boil over high heat again and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Finally add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sprinkle a little chopped green onion and it’s ready to go!

Notes

Pour the fried shrimp heads into boiling water to bring out the umami flavor of the soup and the key to thick and white soup.
