  • 200 g yam
  • 400 g tofu
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • soy sauce Appropriate amount
  • sesame oil Appropriate amount
  • green onions Appropriate amount

  •  Peel the yam, blanch the tofu in boiling water and cut into cubes. Peel the garlic and mince it.
  • Heat the peanut oil until it is 50% hot, sauté the garlic until fragrant, add the diced yam and stir-fry several times.
  • Add appropriate amount of water, when it boils, pour in the diced tofu, add minced garlic and remaining ingredients, and bring to a boil.
  • Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion and drizzle with sesame oil.
