Ingredients
  

  • 2 orange
  • 1 egg
  • 120 ml pure milk
  • 1 spoon white sugar

Instructions
 

  • Prepare two good-looking oranges 🍊 (preferably thinner skinned for easier ripening)
  • Cut the lid and carefully scoop out the pulp.

  • Prepare pure milk 120ml and 1 egg
  • Beat the eggs thoroughly (with small bubbles) ➕Pure milkđŸ„›âž•1 spoon of sugar and stir (⚠You don’t need to add too much pure milk. If you like sweet taste, you can add more sugar)

  • Pour the stirred liquid into the hollowed orange (⚠Don’t pour it too full~)

  • Place the steam rack, cover the pot, and boil the water over high heat for 8-12 minutes. ⚠Some egg liquid will overflow during cooking. You can use toothpicks to fix the junction. ⚠The bottom of the orange will collapse. If possible, you can use a stand to lift the orange up (no stand) It’s not a big problem, it’s just not pretty enough)
