Ingredients

  • 2 orange
  • 1 egg
  • 120 ml pure milk
  • 1 spoon white sugar

Instructions

  • Prepare two good-looking oranges 🍊 (preferably thinner skinned for easier ripening)
  • Cut the lid and carefully scoop out the pulp.
  • Prepare pure milk 120ml and 1 egg
  • Beat the eggs thoroughly (with small bubbles) âž•Pure milk🥛➕1 spoon of sugar and stir (⚠️You don’t need to add too much pure milk. If you like sweet taste, you can add more sugar)
  • Pour the stirred liquid into the hollowed orange (⚠️Don’t pour it too full~)
  • Place the steam rack, cover the pot, and boil the water over high heat for 8-12 minutes. ⚠️Some egg liquid will overflow during cooking. You can use toothpicks to fix the junction. ⚠️The bottom of the orange will collapse. If possible, you can use a stand to lift the orange up (no stand) It’s not a big problem, it’s just not pretty enough)
  • The dogs are all crying~
  • Orange flavored double-skin milk is super tender and has a fresh orange flavor paired with a rich milky flavor. I like it!
