  • beef Moderate
  • vermicelli Moderate
  • coriander Moderate
  • Peanut Oil Moderate
  • corn starch Moderate
  • soy sauce Moderate
  • Oyster sauce Moderate
  • Salt Moderate


  • Wash the beef, cut into thin slices, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn starch and peanut oil and mix well.
  • Chop a small amount of marinated beef and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry beef.
  • Add appropriate amount of water and boil for two or three minutes.
  • Season with a pinch of salt.
  • Add in dried noodles.
  • Bring to a boil over high heat until noodles are cooked through, then add coriander.
