Mashed Potatoes

Crush the potatoes and lean meat, add a relatively small amount of seasoning, try to keep the original taste of these two foods, and add a little glutinous rice flour to make it easier to form balls and make the taste softer. No oil is added during the process. The method of steaming is lighter and healthier, and the light potato flavor of the potatoes can be tasted better. Add wolfberry to embellish the top to make it more beautiful visually.

  • Salt appropriate amount
  • Chicken Essence appropriate amount

Instructions

  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, place them in a plastic bag and microwave for 3 minutes

  • Crush the potatoes steamed in the microwave and put them into the lean meat. Add salt, chicken essence and a little glutinous rice flour
  • Mix all ingredients well
  • Roll into small balls of similar size
  • Place a soaked goji berry on top of each dumpling
  • Steam in the microwave for 5 minutes

Notes

1. You can also steam it in a steamer. If you steam it in a microwave, use the steam function. Using high heat will make it too dry.
2. You can also add other seasonings of your choice.
3. You can dip it in light soy sauce or oyster sauce when eating.
4. I didn’t grind the potatoes too finely, so they still feel grainy when eaten. If you like a more delicate texture, grind them a little more.
