Vegetable Mashed Potatoes
If you’re too lazy to cook on a hot day, just boil and mash three or five potatoes, mix in lots of vegetables,

- 3 potato
- 5 pieces Bacon
- lettuce moderate
- 2 g salt
- 3 g Black pepper
- 2 teaspoon milk
- cottage cheese moderate
Wash the potatoes and cook them with or without the skin
Peel the cooked potatoes and mash them with a spoon while they are still hot. Don't mash them too finely, small pieces are best
Cut bacon into small slices
Fry the bacon slices slowly over low heat until golden brown and crispy
Mix mashed potatoes, bacon slices and washed and torn lettuce leaves, add milk, salt and black pepper and mix well
Finally, add appropriate amount of shredded cheese and mix well
