Vegetable Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 potato
  • 5 pieces Bacon
  • lettuce moderate
  • 2 g salt
  • 3 g Black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon milk
  • cottage cheese moderate

Instructions
 

  • Wash the potatoes and cook them with or without the skin
  • Peel the cooked potatoes and mash them with a spoon while they are still hot. Don't mash them too finely, small pieces are best
  • Cut bacon into small slices
  • Fry the bacon slices slowly over low heat until golden brown and crispy
  • Mix mashed potatoes, bacon slices and washed and torn lettuce leaves, add milk, salt and black pepper and mix well
  • Finally, add appropriate amount of shredded cheese and mix well
