Ingredients
  

  • 500 g potato
  • Cumin powder Moderate
  • Allspice Moderate
  • Sichuan pepper powder Moderate
  • salt moderate
  • Chili powder moderate
  • onion moderate
  • Chicken fat Moderate

Instructions
 

  • Peel and wash the small potatoes, boil them in water until they are soft enough to be broken by a chopstick, and chop the green onions.
  • Take a small bowl and mix the cumin powder, chili powder and pepper powder together.
  • Heat the pan and add a spoonful of chicken fat (if you don’t have chicken fat, you can use lard instead, as potatoes fried in chicken fat taste better than those fried in vegetable oil)
  • Add potato cubes
  • Add a spoonful of salt
  • Add a spoonful of chili powder from step 
  • Add a spoonful of five-spice powder and stir-fry until fragrant.
  • Add chopped green onion before serving
