Peel and wash the small potatoes, boil them in water until they are soft enough to be broken by a chopstick, and chop the green onions.

Heat the pan and add a spoonful of chicken fat (if you don’t have chicken fat, you can use lard instead, as potatoes fried in chicken fat taste better than those fried in vegetable oil)
Add potato cubes
Add a spoonful of salt
Add a spoonful of chili powder from step
Add a spoonful of five-spice powder and stir-fry until fragrant.
