Ingredients
  

  • 3 potato
  • 500 g pumpkin
  • 1 onion
  • 5 g garlic
  • 10 ml light soy sauce
  • 2 g salt
  • 3 g cooking wine
  • 1 g pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare potatoes and pumpkin
  • Dice potatoes and slice pumpkin
  • Chop onions, garlic, and shallots
  • Put cooking oil in the pot, add onion, garlic, and onion, stir-fry until fragrant, add soy sauce, cooking wine and pepper
  • Add pumpkin and potatoes and stir-fry for a while, add salt and appropriate amount of water
