Potatoes are rich in starch and can provide sufficient energy for babies; carrots are rich in carotene, which helps the baby's vision development. The combination of the two doubles the nutrition. I immediately decided to try making this potato and carrot puree for my cute baby.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces, put them into the microwave for 10 minutes, take them out and mash them with a rolling pin. Add milk, pepper and salt and mix well.
