Mashed Potato Salad with Egg Yolk
I have tried to wash the whole potato, add some water to it and put it in the microwave, press the "steamed sweet potato" button to cook it in the microwave, then peel off the potato skin and mash it into a paste
Ingredients
- 2 potato
- 1 egg
- salt moderate
- Sweet salad dressing moderate
Instructions
- Boil or steam the potatoes, or peel and slice them and cook them in a pot with the eggs
- While hot, mash the cooked potatoes and egg yolks, then add a little bit of fine salt and mix well
- Finally, add the sweet salad dressing and mix well.
