- I used a pressure cooker to cook the potatoes for 6 minutes and they were cooked through. You can also use a steamer to steam for 15 minutes, but a pressure cooker is more convenient and quicker.
- Peel the potatoes and mash them with a spoon. Add salt, pepper and chicken stock and mix well
- Add glutinous rice flour. (You can also use flour)
- Mix thoroughly, the mashed potatoes should not have lumps.
- Take a small piece and roll it into a ball and flatten it. (It is easier to do it with some water on your hands)
- How about sticking steamed bread crumbs (you can also use bread crumbs)? It can be mistaken for the real thing, and the taste is almost the same.
- Mashed potato dough with steamed bread crumbs on both sides.
- Put it into a 60% hot oil pan and fry it on low heat.
- Fry until both sides are golden brown and then remove from the heat. If you like it crispier, fry it again over high heat.
- How to make the bunny: Choose cherry tomatoes with pointed ends. Cut a small slice diagonally on one side of the large end.
- Cut another triangle in the middle of the small piece, which is the rabbit's ear.
- Make an oblique cut on the pointed end, not too deep, and plug in the ears to make a cute little bunny.
