Cartoon Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 potato
  • 3 pieces carrots
  • cucumber half
  • 1 scoop Oyster sauce
  • 1 block seaweed
  • Light Soy Sauce moderate
  • salt moderate

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and steam them
  • Mash the steamed potatoes with a spoon while they are still hot.
  • Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt and mix well.
  • Cut the cucumber into two thin slices and one thicker slice.
  • Use seaweed to cut out cartoon eyes, mouth and eyebrows
  • Take a clean flat plate, place a thicker cucumber slice on it, then pinch the mashed potatoes into two cartoon arms, wrap the two thin cucumber slices around them and place them on the plate.
  • Then use mashed potatoes to shape a head with a pointed top and a round bottom
  • Glue the nori outline on
  • Pinch out two more ears
  • Place the head between the two arms, then glue on two ears to complete the shape
  • Finally, cut the carrot into flowers and add cucumber slices and carrots as garnish
