Baked Mashed Potato 
Healthy and fancy ways to eat potatoes. This is healthier and prettier than French fries. The taste is similar to French fries, but better than French fries. Are you still worried that your kids won't like it? Say goodbye to fried French fries

1  yolk 5  g  butter 1  Potato 1  g  salt 
Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and steam them in a pot 
Steam for 15 minutes until you can pierce through it with chopsticks 
Take it out and let it cool slightly, put it into a fresh-keeping bag and use a rolling pin to roll it into fine mashed potatoes without particles 
Put the mashed potatoes into a container and add egg yolk and room temperature softened butter 
Stir well and add appropriate amount of salt and stir again 
Put into a piping bag with a piping nozzle 
Squeeze onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and shape into a flower tower 
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake in the middle for 25 minutes until the surface is golden brown. 
Squeeze ketchup on it, it tastes like French fries, but it's more delicious and beautiful than French fries
