Black sesame peanut roll steamed buns

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g flour
  • 250 g clear water
  • 10 g sugar
  • 3 g yeast
  • 15 g black sesame powder

Instructions
 

  • Wash the sesame seeds, fry them, and grind them into powder(fry the peanuts, peel them and grind them into pieces)
  • Mix the dough and filling ingredients evenly.
    ① Dissolve yeast and sugar with cold water. Mix flour and black sesame powder evenly, add yeast water and mix into floc, knead into a ball, let it rest for 5 minutes, and then knead into a smooth dough.
    ② Roll out the dough into a rectangular sheet with a thickness of 0.5 cm, spread the filling evenly (leave 1 cm on one side without spreading the filling, flatten it slightly and apply some water so that the closing edge will fit better), roll it into a long strip Use a knife to cut the head and tail of the shape, then cut evenly, and then arrange the shape.
    ③ Ferment until 1.5 times in size. Press gently with your hands and slowly rebound.
    ④ Boil water and steam for 15 minutes, then simmer for 3 minutes.
