- 500 g potato
- Cumin powder Moderate
- Allspice Moderate
- Sichuan pepper powder Moderate

- Chili powder moderate
- onion moderate
- Chicken fat Moderate
Instructions
- Peel and wash the small potatoes, boil them in water until they are soft enough to be broken by a chopstick, and chop the green onions.
- Take a small bowl and mix the cumin powder, chili powder and pepper powder together.
- Heat the pan and add a spoonful of chicken fat (if you don’t have chicken fat, you can use lard instead, as potatoes fried in chicken fat taste better than those fried in vegetable oil)
- Add potato cubes
- Add a spoonful of salt
- Add a spoonful of chili powder from step
- Add a spoonful of five-spice powder and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add chopped green onion before serving
