  • Wash the brown sugar, black tea leaves, ginger slices, and red dates and put them into the pot, cook over low heat until the brown sugar melts, stir-fry occasionally

  • Fresh milk is ready, if not available, you can also use pure milk
  • After the brown sugar melts, add fresh milk, boil for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes
