Rich chocolate cake roll snack recipe

One of my children’s favorite cake rolls, it has a delicate texture and a rich chocolate flavor ~ it’s satisfying in one go!

Ingredients
  

  • 5 egg
  • 69 g Low-gluten flour
  • 55 g boiled water
  • 15 g Valrhona cocoa powder
  • 55 g Corn oil
  • 50 g fine sugar
  • High temperature resistant chocolate beans Appropriate amount
  • chocolate sauce Appropriate amount

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
    Add boiled water to cocoa powder and stir well, add corn oil and stir until emulsified.
    Sift in the flour and mix well.
    Add the egg yolks to the batter in two batches and mix well.
  • Put the egg whites on a clean and oil-free plate. Add the fine sugar to the egg whites at one time and beat until they are in a sticky state, as shown in the picture.Add the egg whites to the batter in two batches, mix well, pour into a square plate, and scrape evenly with a spatula.
  • Add ovenproof chocolate chips.Place in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes.⚠️: Temperature and time are for reference only.After the cake roll comes out of the oven, let it rest for a while, spread the chocolate sauce on it, and then roll it into shape.
