As a parent, it has always been my wish to prepare nutritious and delicious complementary foods for my children. One day, I came across a tweet about baby complementary foods, which mentioned that the nutritional combination of mashed potatoes and carrots was perfect, which instantly piqued my interest.
Potatoes are rich in starch and can provide sufficient energy for babies; carrots are rich in carotene, which helps the baby’s vision development. The combination of the two doubles the nutrition. I immediately decided to try making this potato and carrot puree for my cute baby.
