Among the many ingredients, potatoes are one of them that can be made into beautiful and delicious dishes with the simplest seasonings. In this spring when flowers are blooming and potatoes are in season, potatoes are the most frequently on my table. I like to use ingredients to make all kinds of delicacies, and I accidentally made a mashed potato seaweed roll. It’s still the old saying, it looks good and tastes good

Ingredients
  

  • 1 potato
  • carrot Moderate
  • pea Moderate
  • yolk Moderate
  • nori Moderate
  • salt Moderate
  • sesame oil Moderate
  • pepper Moderate

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cut potatoes into pieces and steam them in a steamer
  • Boil the eggs in a pot
  • Peel and dice the carrots and peel the peas
  • Mashed steamed potatoes
  • After the eggs are cooked, peel them, cut them in half and scoop out the yolk
  • Boil water in a pot, add some salt, blanch peas and carrots, remove and place in a bowl
  • Place carrots, peas, egg yolks, and mashed potatoes in a larger bowl.
  • Add salt, Maggi, pepper and sesame oil and mix well.
  • Cut the seaweed into 3cm wide strips
  • Put on disposable gloves and roll the mashed potatoes into a cylindrical shape.
  • Place seaweed on the chopping board, roll up the mashed potatoes, roll up the mashed potatoes one by one, and serve.
