Ingredients
- 3 potato
- 500 g pumpkin
- 1 onion
- 5 g garlic
- 10 ml light soy sauce
- 2 g salt
- 3 g cooking wine
- 1 g pepper
Instructions
- Prepare potatoes and pumpkin
- Dice potatoes and slice pumpkin
- Chop onions, garlic, and shallots
- Put cooking oil in the pot, add onion, garlic, and onion, stir-fry until fragrant, add soy sauce, cooking wine and pepper
