Ingredients
- 150 g carrot
- 150 g potato
- salt appropriate amount
- chopped green onion appropriate amount
- vegetable oil appropriate amount
Instructions
- Peel and slice the potatoes, steam them and mash them
- Stir-fry chopped shallots in a pan, then add diced carrots and stir-fry
- Add mashed potatoes
- Add broth
