lemon tea recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lemon
  • black tea Appropriate amount
  • crystal sugar 3 large pieces (can be changed according to personal preference)

Instructions
 

  • Remove the head and tail of the lemon (until the pulp is peeled off) and cut the lemon into slices. Use a rolling pin to beat the lemon pulp and lemon slices until they are semi-detached.
  • Boil a pot of black tea, strain out the tea residue and set aside.
  • Put rock sugar in the pot of black tea and stir it back and forth with chopsticks.
  • Add the beaten lemon and stir again.
  • The lemon tea is ready!
