Baby mashed potatoes
Welcome your little one to the wonderful world of solid foods with the perfect first bite! This ultra-smooth, single-ingredient mashed potato recipe is gentle on tiny tummies
Ingredients
- 1 potato
- carrot appropriate amount
- 1 piece cheese
Instructions
- Slice the potatoes, grind the carrots into a paste and put them into a bowl, put the cheese on the carrots, boil the water, and put everything into the steamer
- After about 30 minutes, open the lid and poke the potato with chopsticks. It will be easy to penetrate and the carrots and cheese will be cooked. Then turn off the heat
- Place the potatoes in the carrot and cheese bowl and mash them into a paste! (The degree of mashing can be determined based on your baby's tolerance. My one-year-old baby didn't mash them too finely, leaving some potato particles that are just right for grinding teeth.)
- The crushing is complete, and it is ready to be served on a plate
Notes
Place the potatoes in the carrot and cheese bowl and mash them into a paste! (The degree of mashing can be determined based on your baby’s tolerance. My one-year-old baby didn’t mash them too finely, leaving some potato particles that are just right for grinding teeth.)
