Carrot and Pear Juice

The bright orange color of carrots and the sweetness of pears instantly inspired me, so I decided to use them to make a glass of carrot and pear juice to inject full vitality and health into the new day.

I first washed and peeled the carrots and cut them into small pieces. I also peeled and cored the pears and cut them into small pieces. Then, I put these ingredients into the juicer and added an appropriate amount of water. With the roar of the juicer, the ingredients quickly mixed and turned into a cup of rich juice. When I turned on the juicer, the sweet aroma came to my nose, as if the whole kitchen was surrounded by a warm atmosphere.

Carrots are rich in carotene, which helps protect eyesight and enhance immunity; pears are sweet and juicy, moistening the lungs and clearing heat, making them an ideal choice in the dry season. The combination of the two not only has a rich taste, but also provides comprehensive nutrition for the body.

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 pear
  • 250 ml Cold water

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dice the carrots, peel and core the pears and dice them
  • Place the pears in a cooking cup
  • Then put the carrots into the cooking cup
  • Pour in cold water
  • Blend into juice
